Saw him at the Bottom Line in NYC which had long tables pushed up to the stage. At a particular ecstatic moment, he stepped off the stage onto our table filled with drinks, etc. He was very dexterous - stepping around bottles - don’t think he knocked over any!

Today, Willie Nile's the best!

His fame is very sweet. Not a pop star but a true artist of the heart and hand...and ear!

He's opening for The Who over Memorial Day weekend at the show I'm going to. Can't wait to see them all perform. He sounds good!

I saw Willie for free at the Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun and he was incredible! I talked with him for an hour afterwards. A true gentleman!

He will touch you in thanks, literally. Never ever was physically touched by a rock star before...while in concert!! Willie is the real thing.

My sister will please remember to ask Willie to do this at my funeral. I will be pleased if he shows up and plays. D

Just once I'd like to be there to hear Willie "live." I think of Newport now: July 1965 in the night rain, right after Lovin' Spoonful did "Summer in the City," Dylan lugged an electric guitar and Rocked the place and the music world. "Jane" was Lou Reed's best, I think, and I like Willie's "It's all Over" for my last day; I hope I hear it! But he does Lou proud with his "Jane." Dig it!

Damn...Come to OKLAHOMA! Serious rockers here too and deep down they are BREAKING OUT OF THE BS!!

A friend took me to see him at Infinity Hall Norfolk a few years back. I'd never heard of him, she assured me he was great. What an incredible performer--mind blown! One of a kind. See him live if you can, no video does him justice.
