well that was easy no, they're actually not saying that at all, nor are they insulting international fans. theyre only saying that the international fans, well fans in the videos were more enthusiastic which what im assuming is korean fans, as when the op refers to photos for fansites, and that the enthusiasm and cheering kept nct smiling throughout the performance. edit: the fansite photo people usually focus more on the picture quality and the visual appeal etc of the photo. and from what the op says it seems that those type of people dont usually show much enthusiasm during perfermance and focus mainly on what they themselves are doing. more of an insult to those type of fans. :)

peeachydan normally girls call older boys Oppa. But in Kpop even older girls like to call the boys Oppa international and national kpop fans. But if you are a boy then you call an older boy Hyung. And I love Bromance for my part so if he had called him Hyung that eould be cuter. Younger girl calls older boy Oppa. Younger girl calls older girl Unni. Younger boy calls older boy Hyung. Younger boy calls older girl Noona. They mean literally something like big brother and big sister but in korean culture you just call everyone like that if it fits. So WinWin is young enough to be my brother so I would call him Oppa. But my teacher would be too old to be my brother so I can't call him Oppa. (I would need to call him Assushi [older man] but because he is my teacher I would need to say 'teacher' to him). I really like those name givings expecially because we don't have that in germany. Hope this helps because my explanations are sometimes complicated and stupid. 😅
