it's a painful movie to watch but still insightful. I plan on getting the 4k version and adding it to my Plex server

Hands down the most f’d up movie I’ve ever seen, but a necessary history lesson.

AFRICA ADDIO is also definitely worthy of a 4K in both versions (with AFRICA BLOOD AND GUTS)

Great live interview with these great film critics Mike. This movie 🎥🍿 is by far the grittiest slave film known to man. More graphic and disturbing than the miniseries Roots among other slave narratives. The directors and crew put these actors and actresses especially child actors through horrific scenes. Very disturbing but truthful narrative on American Slavery. Also filmed in Haiti during the brutal rein of Papa Doc Devalier.
