The entire video is wrong. The hospital would NOT let you take an unconscious person home and you should never force medication down a persons throat by drinking it yourself first. Noah could of caused serious damage to himself, because even tho he did not swallow it, its still in his system, a bit of it still would of went down his throat and could of made him sick. If someones cold, you cover their legs too, not just pile more and more clothes on top because that can cause someone to overheat in one part of their body. The entire video is flawed and completely dangerous.
