William Beveridge: A Life in Archives

Another in the series of LSE Library’s A Life in Archives, this time focussing on William Beveridge and his ground-breaking 1942 report. After it was released to huge public popularity, the report formed the basis for the legislation which was passed to form the British welfare state.
