I truly love unseen footage and/or bonus or hidden/editors cut footage...Thats where you'll often see the "REAL" people - when they think no one is watching-...

I watched Diana's face for a full minute after Charles' cruel words! He crushed her right there on camera. He just literally crushed her.

I love William and Catherine. They deserve the best..thank you for just being being you.

You can tell there is so much love and mutual respect between them. So happy to see how Kate's confidence has grown!

They are so real, fascinating, beautiful, kind, considerate . .. there are not enough words to describe how absolutely lovely they really are.

Never get tired watching William & Catherine. One day they will be King & Queen of England. Hope it will be soon! ❤️❤️❤️

Yes, Kate will be Queen Consort but Camilla will be Queen Consort first since our future King is Prince Charles. His past mistakes not withstanding, he will make a good king. He's done an excellent job as Prince of Wales, it remains to be seen what Prince William will accomplish when he becomes Prince of Wales but if he's anything like his father he too will do a brilliant job.

It's almost hard to believe that Kate is the same woman here as she is today...It's clear that William helped guide her through her first year or two of public engagements, but then again, if you look back not only to this interview, but to other times when in the public eye before they became engaged, she always acted/carried herself like she had always been in the public eye...

This isn't enough for a life long relationship . Charles hadn't been allowed to marry Camilla in the first place , it had been another time ... He never cheated on Diana , the marriage was already broken when he went back to Camilla ... At that time Diana had have lovers , she broke into another marriage also . People want to see her as an angel because of her youth and beauty - but she never has been one !! Send you a hug from Germany !!

It always amazes me how the public bought Diana and Charles as such a fairytale love story. Looking back at the footage, they were completely awkward and unhappy from the start.

Funny how they never show the clip of Diana looking sad after their interview. Surprised they showed it on here. The Royal family have probably paid television companies to edit that out every time they showed it!

Kelly Gibbs Yeah wrote because in 2018 it is absolutely necessary that we should display pa no matter what. Protocol isn't capital punishment or torture, you know? It isn't something that should absolutely disappear from modern society. I don't know why people are so scared, in your commoner lives you can do as you please, leave them alone, they have a lot to bear already. Privilege has to come with some restrictions too, don't you think? Otherwise it would be unfair to us.

This is Linda. When I had my ancestry done, I found out that I was connected to the Royal Family. Til this day I don't know if I should be happy, sad or angry about it. Let's get it right. Charles didn't say "Whatever love is" as quoted, wrongly AS USUAL by the interview. Charles said "Whatever 'in love' is. Put your own interpretation on that!" Why did Charles say that? Because when the interviewer said ".....and, I suppose, 'in love'...?" Diana gave a most unsatisfactory response. She drops her head, looks embarrassed ,purses her mouth and says "Of course!" while glaring at the reporter from under her lowered brow. She then rolls her eyes left and right. Charles, when the question "...and, I suppose, 'in love'? " is asked. turns adoringly to Diana, because, although many of the questions have been hard, this one should be easy. Seeing Diana's embarrassed and negative response, he turns back to the interviewer, and to cover for her, gives a PEDANTIC and SEMANTIC response "Whatever 'IN LOVE' means. Put your own interpretation on that." The whole interview is ghastly. It makes you really aware that although Diana's father had paid for a top education, and then sent her to a Swiss finishing school, we have here a girl who failed her exams, dropped out of finishing school, would NEVER have been selected as a prefect, and would have been totally incompetent at making a thankyou speech to teachers, if she had graduated.... which she didn't. Her whole attitude in the interview, and in many others, was passive aggression. She frustrated the person interviewing her by a whole series of obstructive behaviours, like lowering her head so her face could not be seen properly, and dropping her voice so she could not vbe heard. When the interviewer tries AGAIN, she then uses a tone of voice that suggests that the interviewer is an idiot (which in this instance is how she later described him.) Notice that her hand is clenched in a fist. The ring can be SEEN, but she is refusing to actually DISPLAY it. This is a very screwed-up person. I know that lots of people will howl that she was "just a young girl of 19!" No. 19 is not a "young girl". At 18 the Queen was driving a military ambulance through London during the bombing. At 19 Charles went to Australia to represent the Queen after the suspicious and politically sensitive death f the Prime MInister. Diana, in the interview, does not act at all like an 19 year-old. She acts like a difficult junior-teen brat. Slow down the video and watch her grimaces and eye-rolling.

My question is ... what does the royal family do ? What do they bring to us ?

It seems to me that these New Royals are sensitive to class differences and are trying to live as normally as possible.
