Willa DID listen....she just chose to stay in the bath. The gift of being a great listener is hearing what is said...the tone in which it was said...and what isn't said.....it is also important when a person ask a question.....to wrap their mind around the answer. It was unkind to make Willa keep repeating herself. She heard the question....she answered the question....sadly....her answer was not the answer you wanted to hear.
