Small correction in regards to Tire Profile that I didn’t realize when making the video. While tire profile is measured in millimeters, the number that represents the profile is NOT the measurement, but rather a percentage of tire width. So for example, on a 225/60R17, the “60” represents 60% of 225, or 135mm as the true measurement. Either way though, a bigger sidewall tire will still cause rubbing, no matter what.
Great video, sub from Norway 🙂

Thank You! There will be more to come!
I got a set a wheels from a friend and they're 225/40R 18's all around for my 04' Subaru outback, turns out they just barely fit, it's like a half inc maybe even some odd centimeters difference in the hub size. I learned a lesson today sadly, the hard way - - Moral of the story test fit before you buy ladies and gentlemen
biggest tire for 17 " rim 2012 forester?anyone?
What type of lug nuts does the Sparco Terras use? Will OEM work?

If you buy them from somewhere like Primitive Racing, you can buy the lug nuts with the wheels. Due to the holes being indented, I don't think the OEM lug nuts would work.
On that Wilderness, do you think a 225/65-17 would fit without rubbing, sans modifications, on the OEM wheel??

Since I haven’t tried it I can’t say whether it will or not. That size will mean the tire will be larger in diameter. It’s not a significant size difference, but you could always turn your wheels at different angles and measure an extra mm out from the tread to find potential rubbing points.

Yes. 225/65R17 is fine. I run that on my non-W SK Forester. 235/65R17 usually rubs from what I hear.
