LBC's Iain Dale interviewed singer, actor and author Will Young following the launch of his new book 'To Be A Gay Man', a passionate call to obliterate the enduring legacy of gay shaming.
During an hour with Iain Dale in the studio opened up to the LBC audience about gay shame, revealing the impact it had on his own life, and how he learned to deal with it, and how he can now truthfully say he is gay and happy.
Will also took calls from LBC listeners and answered their questions.

Love when Ian Dale punched a protester, supprised he's still on air - should've been sacked
Cashing in on victim status is clearly such an alluring one, even for someone who won national pop competition voted by the British public, and went onto a successful and lucrative pop career and enjoyed a life of opportunity, privilege, VIP treatment and perks that most of us can only dream of, but I guess once the hits dry up and the reality shows don't work out then it's the next logical destination.

Ian Dale talks about meeting Will Young 17 years ago and apparently got on really well ... Will walks in “nice to meet you”. A positive message but can’t help but feel these two love the attention.
