Germantown has been my home forever and I think it is the Beverly Hills of Memphis

Germantown will pull over even in Memphis city limits. I’ve seen them as far as I-240 by Ridgeway on my way home

They don't play for sure
I am a homeowner in Germantown and although the taxes are higher, I pay them willingly because the school district is phenomenal, the police presence is comforting and my neighbors are awesome!

Love Germantown, but big con is rent, and house prices. If you can afford it then you will be happy.
