Will this customer pass his End Of Lease Inspection? | Overgrown Yard Transformation

Have I got a good one for you today! When I spoke to the tenant that lives here, he was concerned about an upcoming end of lease inspection and wanted to get the place into shape. I said we could help, but it was going to be expensive, due to the size of the property. In the end we came to a fair arrangement and the customer got his cleanup and hopefully a passed inspection, and we got some good content. All up this job took 2 of around 7.5 hours to complete, and we took out a very full trailer of green waste, bricks, and rubbish. This is part 1 of 2.
Part 02: • Thick Overgrown Yard T...
Workers on this job: George (long pants) & Reece (Shorts).

FAQ's:
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia 🦘🦘🦘.
Q: Do you worry about snakes?
A: I have never even seen a snake in over 4 years on the job.
Q: Which equipment do you use?
A: We use mostly STIHL power equipment (battery and petrol) and commercial Honda self-propelled mowers.
Q: How much do the jobs cost?
A: Sorry, I prefer not to talk about costs!
Q: What happened to Nick?
A: Nick was offered a full-time position at his other job as a Political admin!
Q: What happened to Brent?
A: Brent quit at the start of August 2022.
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of cans?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I'm not really sure to be honest, maybe something to do with space & maintenance, but either way, it really is poor heat efficiency!
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well, to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That's the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless!

I wonder if the renters were the ones who parked cars in the yard and destroyed it. If so I hope they have to pay to get it fixed. Major improvement with what you had to work with.

Especially when the driveway was just feet away. I agree the renters should repair the entire area on the grass where they used as a driveway. If the outside maintenance is any indication of the inside omg.

If they're renters, probably multiple people living there with different schedules. They don't want to block other cars or be blocked so they park on the grass. Not wise, but I've seen it everywhere here in the USA. Especially in college/university towns. The rents are astronomical. 3 bdrm/2 bths, 6-8 ppl bcs the rent is $2500+/mo [US$]. Its crazy.

I don't get it.... If a person is old, handicapped then I can see how the yard can get out of control, BUT if the person is capable and just plain lazy then this yard was a disaster and thank GOD, that there are good people like yourself and your partner that cleaned that mess up and looks perfect with of coarse the renter's NOT WATERING!! FIVE STARS to you both! 👍😎💯

You both do such a tremendous job. Ever found any snakes, or doesn't Tassy have them. You are both so hard-working and l just can't believe the amount of rubbish you find in amongst the weeds and scrubbery. It was a huge block to clear up. Not hard to tell it's a rental. Renters don't want to work on other people's properties. Great work 10/10. I like your standards.

I watch a lot of yard renovations both front and back. The things they find, odd and not so odd, tell a story as it unwinds through a clean-up. I can't write what kind of story this one is telling. Although very interesting. Not necessarily bad but may be outside of community guidelines. I enjoy watching you work. You always do a thorough job. Thank you for sharing. Good editing. Worth the extra length of the video. I'm glad you posted it. From Minnesota USA

What a mess the renters made of the front yard, too lazy to cut the bush next to the driveway preventing them to use it, now their car messed up the lawn. I guess the’ll have to pay for repairing it. Your team did an amazing job 💪🏼👍 just wondering, why do you cut back the bushes right up to the edge of the pathways? Cut them back 15 cm further away and new growth will not brush your legs in the growing season to come.
