The word you’re looking for is stagger and I agree boss there should be a stagger/stun time even if it’s 0.5 second attack delay

9:18 what they should do is add posture for the bosses if you parry a certain amount of attacks the boss stay down for a bit just like in deepwoken or they should make it so the boss have strong attacks that guard breaks on hit but when it use that attack it will rest for a bit.

I regret spending my money on the testing phase stuff, because I hardly play them. I think it is better to be closed testing and have a sooner release. We need more games, this game seems interesting though, I want to see how they do anti-magic and devil union etc.

i think the game is going to be pretty good.

From the last time I played the game, the combat system feels too loose. You'll probably know what i mean when you play for yourself. Deepwoken has very strict combat, but this game is a little bit loose, in more ways than just combat. But that was the first testing phase that happened a few months ago, so maybe it changed.

PTSD is already kicking in i don’t know about this one

I’ll put this here since there’s more people. (It’s a lot but hear me out) I have the ability to make a pretty decent game that I’m sure people would actually really fw. But my biggest issue with committing, is that people call Roblox a “kids game” as in it’s strictly for children, and people ages 18+ can’t or should not be playing it, as a developer if that’s the mindset everyone goes into games with I don’t want to commit to these games and put actual effort forth, and I’m sure a lot of good developers feel the same way, hence why you see all these bandit beaters and absolutely MID games with no level of creativity whatsoever. It’s not that we aren’t creative, we don’t want to be, because no one will take these games seriously. The community of Roblox anime games or Roblox anime “fighting” games is actually what’s causing these drouts. I won’t say “All” devs are like this but I personally who know for a fact I could make a decent game, refuse to put actual effort unless the entire Roblox community changes. Or at least the anime fighting community. Let me know what you think, any opinions matter. But for right now that’s how I strongly feel
