Watching in 2020.... remembering when TV was actually good.

I remember this as if it were yesterday. We got to go to New York with my mother to see "Dream Girls" which is the Broadway show song he is "singing", and it was hysterical to see him do that, but I feel also so blessed I got to see that woman, Jennifer Holiday, who made that song go into my soul as I watched with my mouth half opened and chills everywhere. Together they make a classic for me and something to always remember.

Where did all these shows go with the funny actors which wasn't just about sex. Like Fresh Prince, The Nanny, Home Improvement, ... The only "modern" ones that can compete with them (but are also over) are Scrubs and Malcolm in the middle imo.
