From what I remember on the making of the film, that scene took a specialized build set where the camera tilt was shot on the floor as it spinned around to make it seem as you saw everything.

I loved this movie when it came out in 2003. Twenty years later in 2023, I still love it. Especially with Will and Martin are arguing with each other during a firefight with heavily armed gangsters. Those guys are the ultimate tag team for action movies. Personally out of the two of them Will Smith is the most badass motherfucker while Martin was more like a wingman like Robin.

What I realized he was just older. It was smart to change him because he was a family man torn between to worlds it was proper progression. Have to remember he was already 29 30 in the first one and Will was 25. Second bad boys 8 years later that’s like a lifetime in Hollywood. Studio messed up by not having the movie done back to back like every other sequel.

I love them questioning Blondie because Marcus trying to be calm only to spin kick him in the head. Mike to admit the funny thing is he's the calm one and you made him that mad so how mad do you think I am, only for Marcus to point out the issue with Mike's style of police work which is shoot first ask questions later isn't good for building a case.
