Very nice and quite resonable compare to prices in the US. Been taking if relocating to the UK for years. Getting the feeling even stronger it's time.

What a nice flat. I love the kitchen. I’ve only lived in one small studio apartment that didn’t have a dishwasher 😂. It wasn’t fun 😂. Thanks Eleana 😊.

That London Life You are correct about having a dishwasher. I would rather have one than not 😂. You’re welcome 😊.
he's so entertaining to watch!
House prices in London are enough to make this Midlands girl cry. I pay practically a third of that for a whole house twice the size of the flat shown just out of the centre of my city... Totally agree with choosing based on the potential for a dishwasher though.
Love this! More of this, please.

Yay! Thanks for the feedback
It's quite a nice place with all the conveniences, and for a reasonable price for a two-bedroom. Since I'm not familiar with London I don't know its proximity to the Tube, shopping and restaurants. And like some realtors say, it's all about location, location, location.
Nice film product placement! :D

ShiningStar77 My salary allows me to live in a nice house in the north of England. Your comment contradicts itself.
Very nice.
It's worth noting that the fact that it was unfurnished did have a an effect on the price. A lot of people who want a short-let contract will expect their place to be furnished by the landlord and it can add 100-200 extra a month. Minimalism in London is a godsend.
Where is the sofa from please?
Tnx for sharing)) can you pls say what is the size of ur bathroom ? I know weird question but I need to know as I grrrr... personal reason, long story))))
Can u give some link to rent one apartment in here ? Looking for a studio apartment.
I need a place like this when I move to England

I look at the comments here and they just make me laugh....ok London is a great city, but live there, no chance. I love the fact I live in Manchester it was probably the biggest factor that allowed me to retire in my forties. The truth is you can earn good money in Manchester, I was earning a 6 figure amount. However, because the cost of living is so much lower I was able to invest massive, and have a very good quality of life. Each to their own....but I wanted a life of freedom and there is no way I would have achieved it living in London....by the way, most of my extended family (who live in London) are in awe of the life myself and my siblings have...the houses we live in and own and the standard of living we have.....life is what you make of it, only people from London think it’s the best place to live, most other people know better.
It's interesting... as an American, my house is relatively small (1200-ish square feet).. places in London look so small!

So many kitchens in London are cozy, I've rarely seen any big ones in the price brackets my friends and I live in. Luckily I'm not a big cook so a little space is just enough!
What is the monthly rent in American dollars?
@aid-96
4 жыл бұрын
About 1610$ in current exchange. I'm guessing he pays half so 800$+ / 625£. It's important to consider that London prices and costs of living are the highest in England and the minimum wage there is one the highest as a result.

@@ThatLondonLife did i see it right that it have a drawer at the bottom?
I pay £281.00 per month for a 1 bed croft it's not in London but it does have access to mooring in a harbour, friendly seal, surrounded by private woodland overlooking a sea loch complete with all the wildlife that likes to scream at night as well as Angus the tamest Highland cow who likes to eat my plants. There is nothing here Mc donalds is a day trip but the easy laid back way of life here makes it worth while. Bad points :- having to collect dried kelp for burning for the winter fire, wood collection (no mains gas connection), Petrol prices are higher, No shops or takeouts are near and supermarket is a day out. Winter time you can be stuck for weeks due to snow so you have to buy 2 cars a normal and a 4x4, when the septic tank is full the smell is awful so you have to divert the sewage to the stream near the property. Living in London has it's good points thats why property rental is high.
You made me laugh about your many micro wave meals
This is easy
1250 is expensive in London or not? Somebody can explain me
@sarahholland2600

That's slightly cheaper than the going rate. The going rate varies from Zone 1(central London) to Zone 4, the outer edge of London.
