In the latest Ronda's Kitchen, Ronda has The Fear. As someone who constantly injures her hands, Ronda has a healthy respect for extremely sharp blades, especially when she's chopping the biggest zucchini ever.
Ronda's Recipe:
3-5 basil leaves
1 huge zucchini or 2-3 large zucchini
1-2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
Italian seasoning, which Ronda considers: garlic powder, thyme, rosemary
1/2 onion chopped and diced
minced garlic to taste
20-24 oz of sauce
ricotta cheese throughout
2 cups or so of mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese (Trav likes a lot)

Ronda's cooking recipes are SOOOOOO good. When I cook food for my family using her recipe, they all say it's REALLY good. In my opinion, she is the best cook in the UNIVERSE! No other person can out match her cooking.
