This is the reason why we have to keep encouraging everyone who cares about women who are literally dying to get busy and let’s all carry President Biden to victory because he has said that he will codify the law which is the only way forward. I read yesterday that a woman in one of the red states went to a hospital because she was bleeding and in pain and she was pregnant she was denied help and she was going back to her car and she collapsed and died in the parking lot. President Biden is our only hope.

Could you ask the question specifically about abortion rights? Perhaps “Roe v Wade” got difficult cards because that specific ruling has already been struck down. But there could be a different case / law?
