I've found that alternating between juggling and freestyle footbag makes for a fantastic cardio session.

I do weights 4-5 days a week and oin rest days i just do some seven ball juggling as a form of cardio, a lot more fun than normal people cardio for sure

Honestly I don't like it that much but as with almost any sport, if you like it you tend to put in the effort and it's going to get you fit. Shape your body for function and not just for looks and appreciate the awesome things it can do :)

I quite enjoy juggling while wearing wrist weights. The enjoyable part is taking them off! Juggling really heavy balls (I had tennis balls filled with lead shot) is a recipe for tendonitis. Avoid. I knew a guy who juggled water-cooler bottles (empty ones! but still required really strong wrists). Those make an awesome noise when you drop them.
