Check Grigonis' position on the back screen. He's near the elbow with an angle. On the flex, the screener is in parallel with the baseline facing the sideline. So in an nutshell it's the screen that defines the name here. Check the screens here: www.basketballforcoaches.com/basketball-screens/

great analysis and high quality editing. some friendly notes: during the explanation segments, put the explanation at the bottom of the screen and have the video examples run above it. right now they're too small and hard to see whats going on + you have lots of unutilised space. also, maybe consider turning the music down?
