PE is too high. It needs to generate quarterly profits of nearly 2000 Cr at present market capitalisation to be caparable to industry PE. Bahut jyada hype hogaya. Better to stay away and watch.

Highest market cap in case of Banking/NBFC sector belongs to HDFC bank and icici bank respectively which is roughly 10 lakh crore in hdfc bank and 7-8 lakh crore for ICICI bank, so even if jio financial becomes leader in this segment in coming years it could grow 4 times from here which seems highly unlikely for now, But yes you never know Reliance can come and destroy any sector just like they did in telecom

I could be wrong but when it comes to Jio Financials stock the condition of the stock's retail buyers and stock market gurus is pretty same. They just seem to be acting in the FOMO or P(pressure)OMO. The fundamentals and numbers do not match up and the stock price is taking everyone's mind for a tornado ride.... Yet everyone wants to talk, review and invest due to FOMO and POMO...

Bajaj finance ki matket cap >4lakh crore hai. Aur pe 31 hai. Matlab 31 rupay me 1 rupay saal ka kama rahi hai. Kisi din agar jio finance bajaj finance jitni badi revenue aur profit de uske liye isko 200 times jyda revenue de tab ye bahaj finance k barabar ayegi.
