who are working in the IT industry many candidates have doubts if i don't perform well then company will fire on me. If yes then what things i should follow. I have explained answer very well for this query.

It's all depends on company if your performance is not good also they give some time to improve for permanent employees...but if you are contract employ next day they'll fire..... am example....for small mistake I was fired when am working as contract employ but now l've learned from that incident now am team leader ....so guys never give up even if you are fired for any reason just keep learning & growing have faith in yourself.
1. If company gets money from client on you... mostly you wont be fired. Many projects need to show head count... 2. If project goes smooth overall, and you are not a blocker to deliverables, they wont fire you. 3. If any critical tasks on you and you are not able to finish , you will be fired. 4. Very small companies work on critical projects or with tight budget, if they see you not worth their money, they definitely fire you. What should you do to avoid firing: 1. Be in contact with your manager and show that you are dependable. If you are not technically strong, atleast show that you have interest to contribute as much as possible. Then they slowly start assigning you their managerial tasks. 2. Be good with team, gain soft corner on you. 3. Try to contribute in non technical works, like Email communication, finding gaps in requirements, mistakes in design ... providing required info to Manager or HR or helping project lead on non technical activities will show your need for the project. 4.If technologies are not matching .. talk to lead, management and HR about your views Etc. 5. Tyr to find suitable projects available in the same company and get in touch with that project manager.

In MNC's we will have many projects, if in one project performance will not be good, then you will be moved to bench and will get 2 to 3 months to get or search new pjct...but in bench period we need skill up...apart from all this pjct lo evaru 💯 percentage expect cheyaru, but managing ur work is very important..

Hello sir, right now I am on bench I wanted to be resign from my curremt company. in case if I resign will they relieve immediately or I should have to be serve notice period 90 days as per company norms. Please reply sir as soon as possible I want take decision

Depends on ur manager if they have any requirement u should serve notice period or they will give immediate relieve if they don't have any project with them

Probation lo negative feedback vaste, incase replacement is available and your position is not critical there is high chance to fire.
