@badralkusari8067 minimum 1 year if you just plea guilty woth without anything just dui but you can still beat your case if you have a good lawyeralot of police makes mistakes from the time they pull you over until they release you, and that really depends on your situation because if you got into an accident or killed someone, you will face more serious charges and more than 1 year suspension

@badralkusari8067 the only serious thing about this charge is that the criminal record get a lawyer to negotiate for you
Got my first DUI the other day they let me go I crashed my car into the curb into a pole didn't hurt anything they towed my car they let me out the same night now I go to court in December what do you think I'm facing will I serve time

Addressing your title question, YES, you should. The mere fact that you expect more DUI violations makes you dangerous. And so, a heavy first penalty. JL
