This is why we *have* to dismissing women's health issues, and start actively educating women and girls that it's NOT NORMAL to be in debilitating pain, that intimacy shouldn't be painful (unless you want it to be) and your body's natural abilities aren't 'gross'. We need to actively investigate these problems and address them instead of going, 'yup, off you go, all women have pain, it's normal'. Conversely, we also need to listen women who wish to remain child free, and stop infantalising them or acting like they're off their heads for knowing their own minds. You know - like we treat men.

Not sure if this will help but the lady that had an ovary & fallopian tube removed I had LOTS of problems getting pregnant. Eptopic pregnancies were an issue to for. My doctor told me to roll my legs over my head for 15 to 20 minutes immediately after sex & it worked for us 3 times. The other 3 pregnancies were Eptopic or miscarriages but all 3 times I did what the doctor told me to do I had 3 successful pregnancies. Hope she sees this and it works for her as well. 🙏💗💙🥰

She's already on two heavy pscyh medications. She's not unhelpful at all. She's literally just trying to give her the tools she needs to build better thought processes for herself and to become more in control of her anxiety. This will only benefit her and her son. Antidepresant regimes take a long time to adjust given the nature of mental illness and the potential health consequences of stopping one of these medications suddenly. When I was coming off mirtazipine it took 2 months of weaning down with GP supervision. The doctor was very sympathetic and helpful.

We are getting the cost of sequencing down so more people will get an early diagnosis of genetic risk factors they carry and perhaps make slight lifestyle changes to reduce those risks. Alcohol and caffeine doesn't seem to be good for many women.

Eat more fibre. You’re straining because you’re a bit constipated - get plenty of water into your diet & lots of fibrous foods (fruit, vegetables, wholewheat / whole grains etc). This also isn’t a doctor channel, you should see your local nurse practitioner or Dr.

I changed surgery this year, I wish I had done years earlier.
