And on this show, they seemed to take it as "Jack being Jack". Perhaps in real life, others would be like, "Dude...time & place!".
One of the most emotional episodes of Will and Grace that I will never forget when I was in 4th grade
This is by far my favourite episode!! They mixed humour and emotion in such a realistic balance. Good sitcoms make you laugh, great sitcoms can make you cry

Seinfeld, 30 Rock, Bob’s Burgers and I love Lucy never made us cry (except when Ricky and Lucy cry over their impending baby but they’re happy tears) and they are great sitcoms, in fact three of those are regarded as some of the greatest of all time with two frequently showing in first and second place. Just saying.
Debra should have won an Emmy for that episode.

ABSOLUTELY!!!
This is a really good scene about depression, in my opinion. You really do just have to let people deal with depression their own way (until they get into scary unsafe territory, of course)
She's lucky to have such supportive friends who care.
Jack's little gesture at "the dance" makes me crack up every time
I always liked the conclusion to this episode, that it's okay to be sad and cope with your grief how it works for you. And that your friends will be there to cry with you. God, this show was the best. ❤

The scene after this, the next morning, helps dry those tears. Grace wakes up before everyone else & in a moment of "time to move on", she turns off the projector. Add Eurythmics' "17 Again" over the scene & try not to have a smile creep across your face.

I needed to see this. My partner left after 5 1/2 years to move out of state this weekend and I am grieving so hard. I remembered the scene and needed to watch it again and feel it.
They all should have gotten an award for this episode! It's just so full of everything in it with what we face in everyday life but then we realize we don't have to go through it alone. I wish I had four best friends like this!!! So can't wait to the show to be back!

One memorable scene of course. Sure, we can not keep crying for ever but it is not good not to have that sad moment either, we need to face it so that we can come back strong, but we need to "mourn" or to feel the sadness

Best scene of the entire show. It moves me every single time and it cracks me up at the same time. I don't know how, but only Will & Grace can do that.
This is probably my favorite episode. My last break up destroyed me, and I had to take a very Grace-style approach to healing. Sometimes what we need to do to heal can run the full gambit of mundane to audacious, but leaning into that process is the healthiest thing for both yourself and the ones who care for you.

One of the best & memorable episodes on Will & Grace. I love the vulnerability & tenderness portrayed by each of them. Had me sobbing (buckets) 😢
I cried so hard when I first saw this, it was uncomfortably relatable.. I'm not a Will and Grace super fan but this was some really good writing/acting.
she just roasted the gang 😂
you didn't say dancer hahaha
my favorite episode. this was so real. had a partner for 7 years, i can relate to Will
This is one of my most favourite W&G episodes, as it shows depression at its most deep, how her friends try and fail to lift her out of her funk, and i love how she tells each of them about themselves, and also how she chooses to deal with her angst.. very emotive episode
This scene will forever make sense and will be relevant for all generations to come. Very human... and down right funny!!
I love this show, and it makes me realize how lonely and isolated I am. Why can't I have a Will or Grace.

This is one of the great episodes of this series and they have a couple that I personally find good. This one highlights their friendships both the good, the bad and the ugly in each one. But they band together when the going gets tough for one of them. Sweet and an awesome place to put that classic song from The Eurythmics which I wish was in this clip.
Oh woow Will was so damn hot!
I miss having close friends like this four.
I always loved how jack cuddled up with will

Best episode!!!
The power of tv..how grace woke up in the morning and her hair looks beautiful. Ha!
I was just listening to the Eurythmics song "again" or "17 again" or whatever it's called and thought of this episode. I love this scene, but I wish they had included the song cue afterwards when Grace is finally ready to get out of bed. Probably copyright stuff prevented that, and I get it. Still, no sitcom can walk the line of serious and funny like W&G. So powerful.
this episode was filmed right after 911 attacks. that explained why the emotions were so raw. after the show, megan who played karen sang the song Smile for the whole audience and there were no dry eyes after her performance

I can't believe she didn't win the emmy for this episode! It was far superior to Rachel giving birth on friends.

I love Jack
Misery sure loves company
put up the episodes on your app, nbc! also, let them, warner bros.! lol
OMG i love Jack
This is it
This excerpt is just a few seconds too short ; it's even more powerful with the next scene, which has Grace waking up the next day with her sleeping friends around her (Karen sucks on her thumb ^_^ ), turns off the slides and leaves the room feeling a tiny bit better thanks to their support.
Why is this clip now cut where they not even playing Annie Lennox "Feels like I'm 17 again" that's the BEST powerful part of this clip or didn't any of you all notice too?????
Grace and Nathan were perfect for each other, they should've been together forever (waaaay better than Leo).

I read somewhere that Shelley had already signed on, but that may have been referring to that presidential mini-sode last year. I hope to God your info is off.
