Burning is a good reaction, honestly. People just don't use it because i heard you take dmg too. Burning is good now cuz of the new burning artifacts. Dehya can use it, huo tao, diluc, klee, amber idk why, and other pyro characters.

With shatter and crystallize at #1 and 2, burning is probably the worst reaction in the game. Its alright for melt Ganyu and Wriothesly but other than that burning is never a good choice. The self damage is negligible, it just doesnt do very much damage

It's an okay reaction with the fact that shatter, superconduct and crystalise exist. Burning isn't going to be necessarily buffed by her as it's less a case of Nilou and more a case of Navia where the reaction exists primarily to buff her own damage

​@@Aether7300 I highly disagree. I have 36 stard the abyss with burning, its a gokd reaction, just people dont know how to use it. Klee Nahida Yaoyao and thoma, it does really good damage even on high level enemies. You can also do Yoimiya, Nahida, Kirara, and Bennett and it does amazing.

she basically Dendro MC with double burst

She is not making burn stronger, she is a decent sub dps that becomes stronger in burn teams, meaning you put her with Arlecchino/Kazuha/Bennett if you don't have Yelan, but she is not mandatory and won't change anything to burn by itself.

I wonder if how Fontaine characters have the Pnuema and Oisin mechanic in their kit, Natlan kits will sometimes revolve around a mount of some kind, or certain characters will have special mounts as exploration passives??

Emilie is extremely powerful with her weapon she has 40% more damage than xinqiu with her signiture. Basicly 30k-25k dps from one character which is extremely good. without her signiture she falls off and isn't worth unless you like her.

Emilie and Dehya will probably have a good synergy because of dehyas follow ups and Emilie pot releasing small things it could help, also another person good for Baizhu

Her burst looks so amazing! They are getting really creative with the bursts

So we had Dendro Keqing with Alhaitham, now Dendro Miko with Emilie

The cosmetic effect for running is cool and the challenge looks unique but seriously the requirements are ridiculous, lv90 with friendship level 8 is quite high. Spending that much books to level them to lv90 is not worth it imo

I love the QoL changes genshin is finally making, especially the stored points. The only other things I hope to see soon are faster resin refresh + unlimited or super high limit of condensed resin for easy grinding

She doesn’t boost the reaction at all but she’s a better alternative than nahida for burn/melt teams. Her damage won’t even come from the reaction and so she won’t need em but it’s boosted from the reaction happening

Burn as a reaction will always suck because emilie doesnt buff the reaction itself but gets buffed herself when burn happens nearby so. Burn will still suck, it will just benefit her specifically that it exists.

I've use burning for my rizzley team and it's pretty good but there are better team for him anyway. I don't think emilie is gonna increase my dps damaga either. Idk she might be good for the natlan dendro boy if they decide to make his kit revolves around burning team (like bloom for nilou). Otherwise aggravate is always better

She is a downgrade compared to xiangling in AOE and if you have deathmatch a slight upgrade to xiangling in single target.

the reason for the boss respawn time being cut to 10 secs have to do with the fact that we are getting characters to level 100 💀💀

Hmm... I'm calling it now. Her being able to make us immune to burning effect kinda foreshadowing for the future pyro archon, she is going to be able to permanently immune to burning effect and burned by grasses. Similar to how Kokomi ability to walk on water foreshadowing Furina.

So what do you actually do with Activity points? Is it the thing that automatically does your Commissions?

Keeping up the uptime. Even though her skill has some downtime, you can play another pyro in the team for the purpose of keeping up the pyro aura

I do think these special season events are really fun, i loved Klees archipelago and Fischls castle and all that but the game itself has become unplayable for me. Building characters is so so painful having to log in every day just so i can have a chance to get an average artifact or farm the same boss till i get everything i need feels more like a chore, a job rather than a game for FUN? not to mention i stopped playing in Sumeru so even if i get the new exciting characters from Fontaine i wont be able to play them, because in order to build them i need stuff from Fontaine. So what about the new players who are still in Mondstadt? they wont be able to enjoy characters from Sumeru and Fontaine for a loooong while. In order to have fun with a 5 star character they gotta wait for old banners from the starting areas? idk im dissappointed.

Burn reaction itself not gonna be good enough with emilie' just like geo not getting saved with navia. Just my opinion and maybe this could be proven wrong in later 4.8 update

Like 169 👌🏻I’m glad Emilie is cuming second half cause i skipped last three banners to C2 her (yea I got Furina and more importantly Charlotte), i think we’re expected to pair her with another Dendro cause burning eat aura quickly and she’s good but not consistent with many pyro.

Stoked for this update BUT very upset KLEE isn't apart of it. Her VA makes it so she's the ONLY child char I can tolerate listening to. Super good char and likable. Archipellico is a hype thing but the new place looks good too.

If burn will be meta. Then Xiangling is still meta.

Yelan. She's cracked and works well in nearly every team. Even if you have Xingqiu, she's still a fantastic pull and you can run the two of them on the same team. Then save for Natlan characters.

C6 Bennett has always been good for pyro dps and got really good with Xianyun. The "C6 Bennett = bad" thing is antiquated unless you decide to play him with Keqing(dendro is better), Ayaka(use freeze), Chiori(monogeo + onfield Chiori is bad at C0) and Eula (Eula is Eula+ better teams)

(I like accumulating passive xp. and it seems just mean to force people to do something the game doesn't force you into anywhere else, if you want to get the cosmetic :/ ) (I know I don't need the cosmetic stuff... but it sucks nonetheless.)

i'm still annoyed that world bosses arent like wuwa and are able to spawn ontop of you. we still have to tp away and walk back. I would not be mad about the "points" thing if the resin cap was 240 not 200. They raised the cap only to make more things to use that resin on.

Emilie is the Nilou of Burn Teams. She's niche, she's complex and most importantly she's hard to play but when you use her right, she has a lot of potential.

Not like nilou more like chiori where if you have contructs/burning you deal much more damage. It's very reccomembed to pull for her weapon if you are getting her. (SERIOUSLY WEAPON CREEP IS GETTING REAL neuvs sig was the biggest upgrade 44% and emilies is now 82% over f2p options with 5 stars still being not as good)

no, nilous bountiful cores are most of her teams damage, and her kit focuses extremely heavily around buffing their damage. while emilie needs burning to do more personal damage and doesnt buff burning itself at all.
