Russia will not allow another US base in it's proximity. Even though we don't share borders with Russia, a US base in India is always a massive threat to Russia. History is Brutal 😢

Much of this sounds about right, namely that the US would drive a hard bargain. However, I am not so sure that the allies are trapped. Recently, the Philippines kicked the Americans out and then asked them back in when China became a threat. I would suggest cautious cooperation with the Americans, when it serves the interests of both sides. I think India is smart enough to pull this off, at least under its current leadership.

Exactly, this is why South Korea and Japan are basically colony of USA, they barely have any independent foreign policy, even Japanese constitution was written by USA after 1945, can you believe this?

There should be a way for India and China to become friends, we are the oldest civilization, there is a lot to be achieved if the original superpowers come together, our differences were also manufactured by the west

Finally someone who knows what is going on. I say same thing to my friends but they don't listen. For past 3000 years India and China was friends, what happened all of a sudden? And they don't have answers to this question. It's very stupid that many Indians are following what west says and they oblige to what West says.

where do you get this knowledge from.. that treasury doesnt have any value.. its just a printing machine.. peter schiff was saying on his channel that debtors of usa should take hair cut of their treasury holding.. meaning they wont honour the payment.. their whole economy runs on printing machine.. the real money is gold..

This might happen only if indo-china war gets started. But if India makes some defence pacts and some good deals with US in advance (and during peace times like now) considering the hypothetial war with China, then things will be much in control for india during real wartime. One should not ask someone for help directly at the time of distress. Otherwise helper will always try to exploit the situation. Hence, I think India should be in consensus with US on some issues much earlier and some pacifcations are required to be given to US in advance considering the probable war with China.

There will be No war happen between Bharat and china.Even if it happens then Bharat is much more powerful than 1962 and have nuclear weapons.China know this and he cannot dare to have war with Bharat. But friendship with america will drag Bharat into war with china.During war no help will come from america,if help come even then destruction of country is sure.(similar is happening in ukraine). war between Bharat and china serves interests of western countries.They want mutual destruction of fastest growing economies.america is unreliable and only uses other countries for his selfish interests.america used pakistan against Bharat and now want to use Bharat against china.see plight of countries who becomes puppet of america (ukraine, pakistan). Whole nato nahi rok Saka Russia ko.agar India ne america ka Sath diya toh america ne war kra dena India aur china mein.Tub Kya nato rok lega togather China, Russia ko?america se dooor raho. Apart from bases, some defense deals and a few treaties, I don't think US is in a position to demand much. India, if it seeks any support from the US, it will do so from a position of strength, just like it conducts its foreign diplomacy. India will not bow down and US knows it, no matter what its intentions are!!

I always tell my Indian friends India should not bother to start a war for a hundred thousands acres of land. Instead keep negociating with China and do not invite external people in the matter. It is better to sacrifice a few thousand acres than losing one's sovereignty. Diplomacy is the solution. Greetings from Mauritius.
