I’m 55. When I was around 7 years old I was visiting my devout Grandmother and we read Revelation that week. She told me she wanted to leave in the rapture. The only problem with this analysis, which I am grateful for and can see as thorough and helpful, is that the temple is important in end times prophecy for the Christian. There’s biblical precedence for this outside Jewish tradition. Not for any reason mentioned in this video, but because in Matthew, Luke, 1+2 Thessalonians, and revelations the anti Christ is described as revealing himself and desecrates the temple. The red heifer signifies the temple being rebuilt, which would mean that we’re, in fact, closer to this happening. The man of lawlessness claim to be the messiah in the temple signaling the tribulation.

I don't think it's something that most Christians think about. Jesus told his disciples that “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away. But no one knows the day or the hour. No, what is needed is for us humans to start using our common sense and our brains and some serious private thought about what is the right way to act for the happiness and well-being of us all. Since we seem unable to do that, it would appear that, if there really is a god who created us, then he did a lousy job in designing and creating our so-called "god-given" brains.

It’s all prophesied, even the Jews’ rejection. They are still living the law of Moses as they weren’t ready for the higher law after their exodus and they weren’t ready when Christ brought the higher law. They rejected Christ because he wasn’t who they thought the Messiah was - a military leader to fight against the Romans. The House of Judah will accept Christ when he saves Israel and walks through the East Gate.

Listen to his claim about Zechariah 13:6 around the 11 minute mark. He claims this is about Jesus. Read Zechariah 13:1-6 you will find this passage is about false prophets. I can't believe he went there. He ignored the context because one verse fit his narrative. If that verse is about Jesus, then he's not the messiah.

Herod expanded on the Second Temple. It's best to look to the Jews to understand their history and culture. There is much more for everyone (Christian, Jews and Islamic) to learn. All will be surprised with what they did not understand.

I knew about the Red Heifer but not the sections in the temple and things, this is very well laid out. thank you. Im a born again christian and I see Muslims praying in the Terminal B Parking Lot at DFW Airport every evening they sort of set up camp there. We Christians are told by God not to pray in public but in private.

I had always been fascinated by this but honestly whatever occurs, God’s got everything in His hands.

If you’re LDS, you should know that the Church has ALREADY built a Temple in Jerusalem, they just haven’t dedicated it yet. There’s a Church visitors’ center built as part of an educational site there that was built with all the required rooms and equipment to become an active Temple with just a dedicatory prayer by one of the General Authorities.
