That's amazing! Thanks Anthony for sharing. One second difference in sustain is very significant!

It’s common for frets to not be seated properly. I know this cause a guitar I built didn’t ring as I thought. Further investigation showed me that the fret was not entirely seated. I could literally see it move ever so slightly when depressing a string. Anyways...take a look at that also but great vid. Well done. I can hear a difference right away.

Well done! Not only a longer sustain but a fatter sound as well!

That certainly made a difference. I want to replace the same on my 88. MIJ. The screw holes are 2-7/32” and the string holes appear to be 2-1/8” Center to center (approximately) Is your bridge the same? Thanks

STEVEN ALLER No mods. Just double check the screw spacing diagram to make sure it matches yours (from what I recall, it was a match). Excellent quality trem and block. I am still using it.

Do you have the model number available for the exact bridge assembly you used? Thanks!
There’s different finishes. I used the chrome one. Definitely check the measurements of your bridge against those on the diagram

i heard a double buzz or wobbling bad note.your original bridge is worn out,for sure! listen to the stability of the note produced by the new bridge. it rings better with this new one!
