very interesting to see the other side of the coin . also interesting that by taking a cut of sales , they will have skin in the game . so can't just say pay the rent and not my problem

It will be interesting to see what will happen in NZ, once the Greens, Maori and Labour introduce their wealth tax. My prediction is,that this country's economy will collapse after all the big players move their investments elsewhere.

Or they will do the reasonable thing and join the rest of the OECD and instate a capital gains tax... 🙄
