Embark on a virtual nature walk through woodlands and wildflower meadows of the Pacific Northwest. This trail is called the Wood Pecker Loop and although we didn't see any woodpeckers on this trip, there’s plenty of bird song and other little creatures along the way. After a peaceful walk in the woods, I’m always filled with a sense of comfort. My hope is this video captures at least some of the natural forest beauty that aids so well in relaxation and stress relief. This 30 minute virtual hike contains no talking, no music, just nature sounds.
