Rasen whistle tones are actually really damaging if not utilized correctly. so if she isn't really trained correctly to do them but knows how to do them improperly, she wouldn't want to overuse them. same reason Ariana doesn't do them often anymore is that it tires the voice out after doing them repetively.

Phillip Trieu those sound effects aren't there in any other performance. idk lol. a lot of her friends claim she can do it to braid paisley said "you'd have to be a dog to hear some of the pitches she can hit" but like I said I don't know

That is in fact true that those pitches that are really high need can only be heard by dogs and other animals and devices but why would she sing a note no one could hear and plus the Studio note was an E7 that we can hear Mariah carey can do up to a Bb7 live and we can still hear it even in the 8th octave

She didn't do it, we hear something at 2:55 and the same at 3:08 while she is singing

What??? In 3:08 it doesn't sound nothing. You can also hear this live in others days and watch that they haven't nothing in 2:55. In this yes.
