    Logan, you have given us two of the best rock crawling videos in my 25 years of seeing them. You put us right there on top of the action, where most will never be, with the best in the game. It really shows the highest levels of quality and driver skill. Your play by play, as in all your videos, adds even more as it helps illustrate just how many things are happening inside the cockpit. I look forward to more like these! And you are right about Dave Wong's buggy. I got to study it in person and it can win car shows. He is a hell of a nice guy too. THANKS!😎

    It’s amazing at the articulation in these! The chain drives and the hydraulic buggies are insane too . I bet someone is trying to build an electric buggy with independent motors on each wheel. It would have almost unlimited articulation.

    Also when thesr are in DIG mode is the non dribing axle locked or in freewheel? How do these engines keep cool with so much stress on them and no airflow?

  • @westdesertwheeler2666

    @westdesertwheeler2666

    7 ай бұрын

    When I’m dig all that means is driveshaft doesn’t get power. They can use brakes to lock the axle or let it free spin. Buggies use electric fans to keep cool. Radiators usually away from the engine so the air stays a bit cooler around it

  • @MidgetPunter

    The rear steering into the wall wash just to push away. It sounds counterintuitive. It's similar in trying to walk an edge, steer I to the edge so your tires bite in pushing the nose into the wall but the top of the cage out and away from that same side of the wall.
