I rolled my eyes at what i thought was a ridiculously fake thumbnail. It seems i was mistaken. This is some amazing stuff!

I did the same, I kept seeing the thumbnail and finally clicked the video just to be mind blown on what I was seeing

It didn’t look like a fake thumbnail.
Logan, you have given us two of the best rock crawling videos in my 25 years of seeing them. You put us right there on top of the action, where most will never be, with the best in the game. It really shows the highest levels of quality and driver skill. Your play by play, as in all your videos, adds even more as it helps illustrate just how many things are happening inside the cockpit. I look forward to more like these! And you are right about Dave Wong's buggy. I got to study it in person and it can win car shows. He is a hell of a nice guy too. THANKS!😎
The sport of rock crawling has come a long way in 50 yrs. Amazing specialty vehicles.
These crawlers are such a badass! I thought they were RC for a sec 😂
Amazing no one broke an inner axle with all that nasty wedge scenarios. By far the most unbelievable crawling I’ve ever seen these rigs do.
As someone who usually watches drag racing videos and Cleetus McFarland, I stumbled upon this video and basically had my mouth open the entire time seeing what these “vehicles” were doing by defying physics. That was incredible to see and never thought anything like this was possible.

hell yeah brother. same lol
It’s amazing at the articulation in these! The chain drives and the hydraulic buggies are insane too . I bet someone is trying to build an electric buggy with independent motors on each wheel. It would have almost unlimited articulation.
As someone with a pretty well built JL, there ain’t NO WAY. I’ve done some tough trails and broke a few things but this right here is absolutely insane. Such talented drivers with some big ole balls lol well done
imagine hiking thru here and some dudes are taking the same small trails with their trucks lol. Truly amazing builds guys. hats off. kudos. ya did well. all that shit.

Like can we make it thru that? ..... idk but my truck can.
The durability of these machines is incredible!
So sick bro. Keep these comin man. No one post videos of rigs like these.
Way cool!! Thanks for sharing this! 🤘🏼
I could watch these guys for hours, it just amazes me at the skills they have and how capable their cars are
Holy Crap. That is some skills that most have never even seen. Drivers, builders, and even filming. Mind blown.
Unbelievable how tough those engines, transmissions and axel components are.
you do a great job on these videos. the edits, the commentary, the info. alot of other channels miss the mark as crawling can be kind of hard to make exciting on video, but you do very very well. props! (TH this year was amzing)
That's some crazy driving!! Also whenever someone says my 4ws dig equipped Wraith isn't scale, I'll show them this video ;)
Hi Logan. Wow thats absolute incredible. Many thanks for this Videos! Pls more of this. This are the best crawling Video ive ever seen. You make absolute great content. Greets from germany
Rad video man, Thanks! Oh, and tell Brian, Berto from Thorp says HI next time you see him 😁
You and your boys are 2 thumbs in the butt crazy for doing this stuff, and I'll keep watching.
New vid lets goo
That was nuts! Great driving skills, looked like great fun. Those cars are awesome.
the things some of these cars can do is amazing!
Dude great video! Always stoked to see when your videos pop up🤙🏻
Jeez that first one is a hard line!
This looks SO CRAZY! Balls of Steel
Man I'm so proud of you Logan especially being out there with some of the guys you look up to so much like I mean you just finished to Jesse Haynes ride right
So badass! I wish I could've done photos.
Its insane how capable they are, and cool how they can even use the side of tire to pull up wall
Awesome video!
Totalmente alucinante, increible, como es posible pasar por esos sitios????Mil gracias por el video
Wow! Just wow!
I said there is no way they are going to make it up there and I stayed to watch to see if I was correct and they proved me wrong. wow, amazing!!
Awesome video brother
Crazy awesome! 😀
I think these rigs are operating on the edge of the quantum physics realm.
Amazing dude
Mind blowing drivers.
Awesome 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
That is just sick
this is the slowest extreme sport i've ever seen 😁
Cool machines but no room for ice chests!🤪

Some have ice chest.
That’s badass
Absolutely insane. 👍
Wow @ 20:44 starts some amazing driving!! It's hard to believe that this is even possible
Also when thesr are in DIG mode is the non dribing axle locked or in freewheel? How do these engines keep cool with so much stress on them and no airflow?
@westdesertwheeler2666
7 ай бұрын
When I’m dig all that means is driveshaft doesn’t get power. They can use brakes to lock the axle or let it free spin. Buggies use electric fans to keep cool. Radiators usually away from the engine so the air stays a bit cooler around it
Do these vehicles have the equivalent of overdrive like scale crawlers do? Front wheels moving faster than the rear wheels that is?
@westdesertwheeler2666
4 ай бұрын
Some guys will overdrive but it’s rare. Kalif runs aggressive overdrive in his car

@@westdesertwheeler2666 I am working on a video to better explain Anti-Squat to the RC crawling crowd. I am curious if I may use 20 seconds of this video on it. Couldn't find a way to DM you.
Depends on which rig I'm driving. I don't beat on the 85 4runner body(clone of my 1:1 crawler) the way I do my proline 91 4runner body on a RemoHobby 1093st
Reminds me of my wife trying to parallel park.
CRASYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ! no oil problem with this angle !?
Preferred Barrel Blanks?
Ole boy in the silver buggy needs Maxxis to sponsor him and get rid of those Maypops ! He got his monies worth out of the others
I worked for Jesse for 5 years. Never even got to sit in a car.
Do they run OD in the full size rigs?
@westdesertwheeler2666
7 ай бұрын
A few drivers do
I am going to watch some paint dry for excitement.
Do those rigs have hydraulics too?
@MidgetPunter
4 ай бұрын
All have hydo steering and some have hydro shocks. Not sure if any of these run hydro shocks on the rigs in this video but others may
I know all obstacles are easy to make from my living room but the dude had to see his cage was up against the overhang and he was rear steering into it over and over again Im yelling to him like a crazy man as i was there
@MidgetPunter
4 ай бұрын
The rear steering into the wall wash just to push away. It sounds counterintuitive. It's similar in trying to walk an edge, steer I to the edge so your tires bite in pushing the nose into the wall but the top of the cage out and away from that same side of the wall.
How do these things get recovered if they fall into or breakdown in some of these nasty cracks?? Even MORR would struggle!

Other buggies and multiple winches. Or just keep grinding through lol
Explain moon buggy as ive never heard that term used. For me these are buggies.

Ahh yes, the car solution for a problem that doesn’t exist.
So buy a pile of tubes, steal fork lift engine/tractor torque, toss on some super sick welds, throw chair at it, magic rainbow2 dust and BAM.... now how do I find the skill set to achieve this black magic witchery!!! The sickest shit ive seen...ever!!!

people complain about rock climbers "ruining" the rock. Lmfao these trucks do 10000 years worth of human climbers damage in like 3 seconds
@westdesertwheeler2666
6 ай бұрын
I’m certainly not against rock climbers. It’s actually pretty rare the crawlers cause real damage to the terrain. I’ve seen spots where competition was held and after 6 months you’d never be able to tell.
I'm honestly scared for these guys. Rock crawling has come a long way over the past ten years. But shrinking down the size of your rig to get into such tight spaces? How many times can you knock that boulder before it decides to fall down man?
Just take the freeway...duhuh...😮
