Rudder on eBay was $25
Round pad eyes at Austin Kayak are 99 cents I used 5.
Round Pad Eye 1/2” longer bolts were $4
Harken pulley kit $20
Stainless Cable and hardware $10
Harmony bts rudder system bracket $6
Harmony turtle lift line $11
So I could have gotten it down to less than $75

smart i was thinking of the 90$ rudder control peddles but i might just try to use my existing foot peddles

Yaad Rana I would also recommend putting some all purpose grease on the rails. Helped me out a ton to cut down on friction

So it's a rudder that you can't turn therefore a skeg?

@@acadventures7799 how do you turn? I though the ride115x needed the aluminum rails on the pedal thing for it to slide back and forth to turn.

The pins on the pedals just put the rudder in a position to come up straight. If you pulled the pins out that I installed it works with pedals.
