The government needs to loosen up on the $1,200 limit W2G gambling tax laws. It is killing higher limit slot machine play across the country and burdening people with paperwork. Casinos need to be more proactive with reducing the number of $1,200 W2G's they issue, in favor of larger payouts at $2k or above, or a larger number of smaller wins of $1,199 or less. This is especially true with the 250 credit payout on straight flushes at the $5 level. Lower the payout to 239 to get the customer playing more uninterrupted, reduce casino paperwork, and allow tax revenues to flow without too much hindrance.
