Thanks Shamus! Aristocrat slots, old and new, are now firmly in my mix of games I play. But WMS games still get play from me, and the bigger win that goes up next week was on a Blade title.

Love this Pompeii clone though it's harder to find. And damn...nice retrigger action there.

Yea, its similar. Someone on the forum said its a clone of Reelin and Boppin, which I haven't played. I love games where 2 multipliers can combine for huge wins (e.g., Whales of Cash, Great Eagle Returns, etc.)

ShinobiYT I managed to win a bit over $1200 on Pompeii a couple of days after last Thanksgiving. I hit 4 dolphins and the 15x. I wish I had gotten the 5th dolphin, but oh well...anyway, great hit on this machine. I haven't seen or played this won yet. It's similar to Pompeii I see...

Junior Sodi Nah...I've had good days and bad days there. If I play at Harrah's more, its because I'm a CET Total Rewards member and get more benefits playing there than others, and its good in Vegas and vice-versa. I've played Lion Festival, but at min. bet, and got a nice win out of it. I'd like to hit alot of free games in one of my Jackpot Hunt episodes.

Junior Sodi Thanks. This was taken at Pechanga. Its in their back area where they have alot of older Aristocrat and WMS games. I have another vid on this same machine also. When I'm in the area, I play at Harrah's mainly (because I'm a CET member and they allow video recording there), but I do drop by Valley View every now and then cause its only 5 min. from there.

Yes. At Pechanga, if you enter the casino on the east side with the valet, go straight to the bar, then around it. Keep walking and its toward the back with a bunch of other older titles. I've also played this at Harrah's Rincon.

I go to locals at least once a month...San Manuel, Pechanga, and Harrah's Rincon mainly. Sometimes at Valley View (love their buffet), but rarely at Pala or Pauma. If Harrah's was a little more convenient to get to, I'd probably give them most of my play, being a CET member.

CET = Ceasars Entertainment. They own all Harrah's Properties including Harrah's Southern California (formerly Rincon). Any tier/reward credits earned there apply to all their properties. And sometimes they have promotions there, such as Gift Point boosters that can be used in Vegas.

It was next to a Pompeii machine and near titles like the original Jungle Wild, Shaman's Magic, Pelican Pete, etc. The place is huge though and they usually have lots of the same titles spread around.

Oh, this is an old one...5+ years ago. I'm guessing I put in $60 to $80 to start with, I don't recall for certain. In alot of my older vids I only started with $20 to $40 playing min. bet.

+Rose Dawsin Sorry to hear. Hope you have better luck in the future. If not, then maybe take a break. Casinos aren't going anywhere. This should be like any other hobby or pastime - it's supposed to be fun! Winning is tough though. I lose more than I win that's for sure, but I low-roll and play within my means.

Relative to bet at 699x, yes. Dollar wise, its $763.00 on a $3.50 max bet. I low-roll with minimum to medium-sized bets, with occasional stabs at max. I just have not been fortunate enough to win any jackpots yet. But take a look at alot of the Big and Huge wins out there. Dollar-wise they seem big, but you'll probably find that the win multiples don't go over 200x.

ShinobiYT I'm just surprised you've never won a jackpot! My largest multiple was 3000 ...but biggest win was $62000 on a $3 bet
