Thanks for the video and your content! You perfectly showed how big of an impact alistar can have on the game! I main alistar support and got to masters using him a little while back, he's a beast for sure. I have found that I prefer slightly different runes. I use Perseverance instead of overgrowth and it almost always reduces over 2k damage or more for me every game (if they have a few sources of cc). I have seen it decrease as much as 5k-6k when they have a lot of CC. I also typically go Font of Life instead of courage of the colossus. Based on the stats for the runes, font of life gives me a heal for the same amount as the shield minus the 25-45 based on level, but it also gives a heal for my allies which helps them. That rune almost always grants healing of 1k-2k (or more) every game. I do typically use aftershock as well which has a HUGE impact every game in damage reduction and damage dealt, but I should try glacial because of the damage reduction for my team! Pathfinder is definitely the way to go, alistar is so slow without it and deadman's plate. I also do a different build but I'm curious to try this one!

As an adc main I'm usually terrified match-up against Ali cause u gotta be really bad on him to not make an impact. This champ is soloing games like crazy like he's got so much to work with: initiation, whole bunch of control, eternal tankiness. The only good thing is that he's not that popular for some reason. And now Hells comes with the video how to use him properly. Like brah .... 🙃

I would recommend the broken support build. Runes: 1-phase rush , 2-resolve tree, 3-transcendence(cooldown rune). Build: ancient coin, Catalyst of Aeons (for mana problems), cooldown boots+protobelt, sunfire, thornmail, twinguard. very very low cooldown + never have mana problems

First thing first is the audio, it's perfect, i can hear you crystal clear, and secondly, for me Alistar is the second most annoying champion after lee sin, it felt like u can't do anything when Alistar is around, he will push you all the way through to Narnia, and add a stun to it you dead.

I like to think of alistar having multiple things from other champs kits, his passive is like garens-free sustain, q is a mini malphite ult without the dash, his w lets him insec people like lee sin, e is similar to leonas stun, and his ult lets him cosplay as tryndamere for a few seconds.

Iirc slows don't stack but the damage reduction from Glacial Augment is actually one of its biggest selling points.

Its a bit silly to go for ancient coin for low cooldowns when you are running a build based upon long term drawn out engages without any mana items. Ancient coin would combo better with the damage build
