Wild Maine Blueberries, Touring Wyman's with Chef Tim

At Wyman’s, wild blueberries are in their blood and fruit is always on their mind. In this video tour Chef Timothy Labonte takes you behind the scenes to see firsthand how they process and prepare millions of pounds of wild blueberries annually.
The Wyman’s mission is simple: They want to help the world eat more fruit. To do that, they impeccably maintain barrens of antioxidant-rich wild blueberries, and source from some of the best fruit farmers on the planet, revolutionizing how it’s all grown, harvested and fresh frozen.

why do you say these berries are toxic? I learned some "organic" soils are not all that we would expect from them to be. Some soils are only 3 yrs old from having been as toxic as possible & while these soils are being 'brought" back, they still have traces & residue from the decades of pesticides etc they endured for decades. So thought produce from those soils say on the label "organic"-most people would rather have wild from century old glaciers. Now, I don't know if Wyman's spray this wild nature. Years back I had read they were so caught doing, but that they had stopped due to public outcry. Also, I have read that organic soils don't necessarily have all the minerals needed by the soil. It is said that only enough of the main minerals are added back to the 'organic'soil-still leaving it with deficiencies leaving the crop with less nutrients and less antioxidants.
