It doesn't matter if it's Romo, Witten, Dez, and Murray or Dak, Schultz, Lamb, and Zeke. The outcome is always the same, because Jerry will always undermine the coaches.

I think they made a great move this offseason with letting DQ go. He’s what lost the game against Green Bay in the playoffs. I think coaching has been a lot of the reasons for playoff losses the past few years not players.

Think you missed the point of this video, Jerry is undermining the coaches by making it to where the players don’t care as much so long as the owner ain’t mad. There’s only so much the coaches can do when the players are disregarding him cause they know the owner will step in

He’s desperately trying to grasp remnants of the past in hopes that the so-called curse will go away, but it wasn’t a curse. It was pure unadulterated stupidity.

60 for Dak 32 for CD Parsons 35 that's 127 million a year for 3 players.The total cap number is at 255 million.For 3 players that will take half the cap when signed is a tough decision. You still have 50 couple players left to sign.There isn't enough money to get overpaid free agents.Your gonna have to draft good

I understand winning is the name of the game. You need to win in order to make the playoffs and have a shot at the Super Bowl. Mike has done that, but falls short of a real run. He has put them in position the last 3 years, which is difficult on its own. But the outcomes of each of the last 3 years have been the same. In the words of Billy Beane from Moneyball, “If you don’t win the last game of the season, nobody gives a shit.”

So, you extend them all one more year contract and at the end of the year you decide to move on that extra year cost you maybe 15 or 20 million. why extend them?

McCarthy has done nothing to earn an extension... his team has been ill-prepared for big games and flat out doesn't show up for the playoffs.

All COWBUM fans are fed up with Jerry, have been for over 25 years.

Dak doesn’t play defense and DQ was calling plays on D and preparing the gameplan for the GB game not McCarthy, not to say MM and Dak were perfect but Dak did get going after a while but the defense collapsed due to bad DQ changing the scheme to play zone when we’d done good all year playing man he wanted to be conservative and it bit him in the ass

Coaches will always get undermined by management or ownership. They need complete autonomy to run their ship they way they see fit like Bill Parcells did when he got here but Jerry was meddlesome even with him here! So what hope do other coaches have IF they come here? The last 30 years have been a mixed bag under these fools in the front office. Trading for Joey Galloway, WR Roy Williams, not having a heir apparent to Aikman, passing on Aaron Rodgers drafting DT Spears instead. Not signing Tom Brady when he was released from the Patriots. We would have at least 2 Super Bowls perhaps, if they did some brash things like that! But they’re worried on hurting some feelings. It is football 🏈 man!!! Why couldn’t we have signed Zeke to a lesser deal 2 years ago? He was OK with it. Instead we have to go full circle? Why? This front office needs a kick in the a$$. 😂 And that means we have to hit them where it hurts. Their wallet! And we can! They’re only billionaires because we made them!
