In May 2023 after hiking around the Gozo Coastal Trail, I decided to spend one night of wild camping on the much smaller island of Comino. Once I reached the iconic Saint Mary's Tower I decided to sleep tentless under the stars on the cliffs of Lantern Point. The following morning I got up early and completed the very short loop around the island finishing where I started at the Blue Lagoon, before catching a ferry back to mainland Malta.
