He was larger than life. At least history made him out to be. He was one of the last old west greats. Thank you for sharing his story.

I loved this one! You two have gotten so good at putting everything together. The music was perfect for the subject matter, which was presented just right. So glad I clicked when youtube suggested your video way back when. Just gets better and better.

We loved visiting SD! So beautiful and fun. Thank you for watching and for the kind words. 😁
I learned this story in Deadwood in the 1960s when I was a teenager and to this day i avoid sitting with my back to the door if at all possible. Ancient advice to ambassadors, "Sit with you back to a solid wall and don't drink the wine (a favorite vehicle for poison)."

Good advice indeed!
I'm in Georgia and have heard different things about the Civil War, specifically Covington, Georgia. I was wondering if you would do a "Walk with History" about Covington Georgia? Great Video as always! It's awsome to see the citizenship still keeping history with the horse drawn coaches! Can Do!

@@WalkwithHistory Certainly looks it. KOOL..I guess I read to many Old West magazines in my summers as a kid, my Dad's brother in law subscribed to a Dozen Old West magazines in the 60s. Thus always something to read at hand. Had over a hundred boxes full stored in the attic. All with Gory art on the Covers....
Heard wild bill's story many times, but calamity jane never seems to get much attention! I think 1 other youtube channel went a little more in depth about her, and wow was it a depressing tale! Life really was hard back there, especially for independent women! Great video as always, thanks for that.
