Not a problem! Yes despite my accent I live in God’s own country. Moved here when I was 18 and haven’t gone back. Loved the zoo!

This felt like a real zoo I could go to in any city. Love the way it feels so realistic and familiar at the same time. Wonderful job, @Mr.Weasel's Zoos!

Explore cam is THE BEST
The very subtle rise in elevation moving towards the back of the zoo is a nice touch, really helps break up some of the monotony that can come with a perfectly level plane, without having to go all out on the terrain.

Terrain is the biggest pain in PZ. Worse than paths and water for me.

@@ZSHplays The inability to adjust terrain with stuff already on it is understandable, but it can get frustrating having to do it all up front, especially if you're unsure of the scale/type of terrain you want. Although in terms of annoyance, I don't think anything will ever surpass the inability to just paint a nice, irregularly shaped plaza with the paths (a feature which zt2 did fine with in _2004_ 😭).
I remember looking at Mr. Weasel's creations on some of the Zoo Tycoon 2 forums many years ago. Even though everything of course looks much better in Planet Zoo, you can still sense this is the same person. Well done Mr. Weasel, this is probably the most realistic park I have seen in PZ. And great tour ZSH!

I love this tour so much. even tho it's british, it really does feel like a small brazillian zoo, and is so cozy for some reason! I only went to a zoo once but this feels so nostalgic!

If this is a coincidence, it is wild because I have been to the Schönbrunn Zoo last summer and, um.. It WAS THE SAME, ok at least the first part was IDENTICAL! The similarities are just... I'm speechless. That is a place I really love and if it was the inspiration used for the in game zoo, cool.

I'm certain I've seen some of Mr Weasel's creations, as I was an avid ZT2 player as a kid and gawked at so many YT videos of different zoo tours. Thank you so much for this relaxing tour of his creation! This is exactly the style of zoo I'd love to create and it's very inspiring to see all the detailing and care that was put into this. Absolutely lovely!

this is amazing! it brings me SO much nostalgia from visiting zoos as a kid! british zoos are normally quite simple and chill, so its cool to see something this realistic!

A truly amazing zoo. It's amazing to see what people are capable of with enough time, resources and skill. Watching this almost made me want to go my local zoo 😆

It's a pretty nice zoo, their most recent accomplishment was remaking the penguin exhibit which I still have yet to see, been awhile since I've been there tbh. But, I got nothing but good memories from the place

I love this zoo, it looks like something I'd see also in Poland in one of the mid-level cities. Simple yet so fun

Tropical world and Ponderosa? Must live damn close to me lol If you've seen the pair of Pancake tortoises at Ponderosa they're from my mates shop, nearly bought them a while back

I *wish* I had this much motivation in PZ. I build a decent zoo ONCE a long time ago, got halfway done, decided I didn't like it, scrapped the whole thing.

@@ZSHplays I tend to do that though, I do the same thing in the sims, I once had a family that was 4 or 5 generations long, decided out of the blue one day to start over. Deleted the entire save lol. Regretted it afterward too. My big issue with PZ is that I have no idea what to do with all that open space the maps have and I like to build in straight lines. Trying to get over that.

The opening music is some of the in game soundtrack from the North America pack. The rest is just PZ’s normal soundtrack

How do you view zoos like this in first person? I always get motion sick trying to move the camera around and google doesn’t have any good answers that I could find

Click the camera icon in the bottom tool bar and change it to Explore Cam. I think it's called Explore Cam anyway haha, there's only 3 options so you'll find it.

Patience & persistence are the key my friend! Also, copy real life habitats first and it'll be easier to design your own.

Aww me to but everything must come to an end. The main thing for me is that, right now, the zoo still just about runs at a playable frame rate. Many more animals and it is going to be unplayable and I don’t want that. There will be a new zoo after Tekton so hopefully you will enjoy it 😊
