If you like keep talking n0nsens,even Fubara has said it that he's Igbo, he's from Opobo in Rivers State and speaks Igbo fluently,but he never has lived in any part of this present South-East. Amaechi said same thing, Asari Dokubo and many others from Rivers State especially so many from Ikwerre tribe have said same thing. So,whether you like it or,Rivers is greatly connected to the Igbos (even including the ones whose native tongue aren't Igbo). So the Igbo politicians must talk about Rivers politics till tomorrow. Do you know that the Igbo population from the southeast is almost greater than the indigenous Rivers people especially in the upland. So, why won't the Igbo politicians talk about the politics of such a place ? Even to the Riverine too,you will see great no of Igbos(from the South-East) too doing business there. If you don't know, Do you know that some LGAs are entirely Igbo speaking people? You talk about Oyigbo,Etche, Ekpeye, Omuma, Opobo, even Ikwerre(that some of them claim are not Igbos due to politics and many of them too say they are Igbo,the common people), Emohua,etc. The connection between the people placed in Rivers State and the Igbos are like 5 and 6, you can't separate them no matter the kind of politics anyone plays. Even the Elemes speak Igbo too,just as an Ogoni also understands Igbo when an Igbo man speaks and many of them can communicate in Igbo too. What you hear many atimes is only what you hear, go to Rivers State,stay there for about 2 months,move about and you will see things for yourself.
