Wigging Out Over an Unpaid Loan

Ойын-сауық

The plaintiff is a hairstylist and the defendant is a former client. She claims her ex-customer is a fraud even though she portrays a lavish lifestyle online. She’s suing her for an unpaid loan and emotional distress. The defendant says she’s refusing to repay the loan because the plaintiff threatened her. #JudgeMathis #RealityTV #Court

The thing is an lpn/lvn school is less than 2 years and if you been a CNA for over 5 yes you can petition the board and take a test in many states. So I do not get why folks are acting like an lpn/lvn is so above a CNA. All 3 are important in the medical field. Many RNs do not have a 4 year degree BSN. I don't know if you're a nurse or not but there aren't any programs that allow CNA's to test out and become LPN's in the US. Their scope of practice is too limited, it takes 4-8 weeks to become a CNA, LPN 1 year or longer, RN 2 years after prerequisites for associates. Her entire body language and vernacular tells me she barely finished HS and struggled to do that. Trying to live a life they think other people recognize as successful to the point of being negligent to her kids. Plaintiff needs a vocabulary test. Im unsure about what she thinks "BOSS" means.

True. I'm an RN and also a manager. OSHA regulations do not allow long nails or fake nails as they are vectors for bacteria, viruses, and other junk. They can never be truly clean. The facilities thay allow these can be fined for allowing clinicians to wear fake nails or even long nails. The facilities policies probably state no long nails or acrylics, but due to the pandemic and nurse shortage, many are just letting it slide right now.

Anastasia seems like a good soul 😍! She wants to believe in folks and be a help... but that was bad judgment. $500 is a minor set back to a true boss. Love the plaintiff's spirit tho 👸🏾

You believed she was a boss 🤔. But she’s a traveling nurse/cna, she’s told you herself that she was behind in her bills already, and last but not least - she was making $220 PER HOUR … why would she need money from you or anyone else?!! 🤔🤔 Be wiser. But I know how it is having a good heart. I do too and you often get the bad end of the deal. But yours is too good for the WRONG people/person. I’m glad you got your money back.

It wouldn’t occur to me to ask an acquaintance lend me money. I would go to my family or friends so the fact the fact they’re not helping her out to is a 🚩 👎🏽
