I think they run true to size. The smalls fit me well. I think Med/Large would fit you!

Lara. I'm new to wigs. Do you clip the wig on to your biohair? I have thinning hair on the crown but still have alot of shoulder length hair. How do you put the bio hair inside the wig? This is all confusing to me. Thanks sweet friend
