Bruce Bruce! PREVENTATIVE maintenance on a grease trap? What madness is this???? Don't they know you have to wait for disaster to strike before calling in the expert???

What are you talking about Bruce? This is a travel and food show. I'm traveling over to Australia from my desk seat in Texas to come watch you clean out drains, and most of those drains are kitchen sinks or grease traps. Even though it is not the tastiest food that you would want on your plate, it is still food in a way which makes it a food show too. Keep living the dream Bruce, and keep the videos coming. I always look forward to this every week. I hope everyone in the DCA family and our friend Bruce has an excellent weekend.
