There are a lot of incidents happening nowadays. Lots of girls agree to marry because their parents force them but they already bonded with their boyfriends. After a few days they says their in-law didn't behave well and their parents obviously take favor of their daughter then the matter goes to court the court give decision in favour of the girl. In that scenario, boys and their families were treated like accused even though they only mistake did not enquire girl well before taking her to in family. I clearly said to my parents don't force me to marry, whenever I'll find a girl that fully melts down with me then I'll get married to her.

I m 38 divorced from mumbai. My wife used my body, my money n drained me emotionally. Daily arguments, no work at home, no respect, no financial contribution, no true love and threat me every day and doubts on me and had eye on my money and property. Best solution is to stop marriage, no kids and stay stress free life with lovely pets and parents. kids after some age don't stay with parents to look after in old age

A new law should be passed for no dowry and no alimony . Our country's administration should look into this matter deeply and pass these laws . Full transparency .

Yes laws are women baised because women have seen more offences than men in past, and now if govt will try to make them neutral some rich celebs will only try to be feminists. This is what happens when people marry for the sake of having sex. This is what happens when someone just marries someone, just because his family and relatives asked him to marry and have a family. Even if that person isn’t fully aware of whether his deepest desires are fulfilled or not. Same holds true for a lady too. Irony is, in this country where so many people love to have sex and produce babies at exponential rate, yet they are ashamed of even talking about the psychological aspects of it. Sadly, this ain’t the case for one person but millions of people struggle in their lives for this petty reason. They have to sustain their marriages despite having deep toxicity, just for the sake of ‘log kya kahenge’. Then one day when things goes out of control their not only end up destroying their lives but also that of their children.

Such impotent people don’t even have the guts to instead go to a prostitute for satisfying their sexual desire and then telling their family that they are doing so and hence don’t need marriage. On the other hand, it is a relationship that is worth several lifetimes for others. Those who are committed, can’t dissolve a marriage just because he/she ain’t getting the sexual pleasure out of it. This mindset is destroying our society because as I said, while doing so they not only destroy their lives but also those of their children. It is play and simple to understand, people in India aren’t even mature enough to realize whether they should or rather deserve to marry or not. But I see some light at the end of the tunnel now. I see the present generation realising the mistakes made by their predecessors.

Sex is not mandatory in a marriage, there are many couples who marry without having sex. Sex is not required to keep a marriage afloat. It is love, care, support, and fulfilling responsibilities. Calling denial of Sex as cruelty, I can only wonder what kind of an animal that man would be who cannot live without Sex. What was he doing before marriage if he finds denial of Sex as cruelty. naaahh naah not so easily, these judges get shidd scared when they need to pass judgments against criminals, its simple just dont go to court, settle the matters outside the court, if you know what i mean

What if husband throw his wife out of his house and baby and remarry to other woman and after 1 year his 2nd wife left him and after 8 years he want his first wife and child back and demands physical relations with first wife and she deny?????

If the man doesn’t earn and no fulfilling responsibilities then what a woman should do? Doesn’t it impact the personal relationship and intimacy between the husband and wife? If the wife is facing stress and physical, mental, emotional and financial issues because of husband then still wife should allow man to have physical intimacy. Vedas have also described that the man has to fulfill the basic responsibilities and if then the wife denies then it can be wrong. But if there are certain solid reason then I condemn this verdict of the honourable court.

The husband should hv recorded the vocal testimonies of his wife, just after their marriage and immediately filed 2-3 cases for the immediate annullment of his marriage on the grounds of lack of consummation (physical intimacy) in marriage, forced marriage ie. A VOID marriage - against one's desire & will and then cheating via suppression of material facts so to facilitate the marriage ..... rather than going for all these divorce litigations, settlment etc-etc. Husband is surely misguided by his advocates and himself a legal novice. This way he wouldn't have to pay for any alimony or maintainence, get faster legal separetion, secure faster peace of mind and legally won't even be called / tagged / get labelled as a divorcee as his marriage would be legally annulled.

We can understand denial pf physical relations leading to divorce. Alternative scenarios also have to be considered . 1)What if wives feels husbands are not giving them emotional love ? Will that also start leading to divorce. 2)Moreover how will Courts check if couple is having sex. Any man who wants divorce can go and file false cases also. 3)What in cases where 1 partner is unhappy with their partner only. Suppose the partner has done something terrible. But wife simply refused sex and dont have any relations outside?
