For story 1, as shitty as what she did was, I get the feeling that she was being truthful about sleeping around. It did seem more like she was trying to escape her steady mental decline and, given her age and family history, she was too scared to wait in case her mind state declined further. But regardless, that was really shitty of her to do. She should have talked about it with OP before acting on anything

Personally don't get married or have kids before your 30s, freeze your eggs or sperms if needed.
