@@rajm6080 all I know I asked to a lawyer when my elder brother got divorce that prenups are not valid in India. If you think in movies/serials they show prenups in India. Only NRI people have Prenups if there current country support prenups. Otherwise get ready for divorce, alimony and mental torture. If Indian laws ammended they want to introduce marital rape. Then your wife can send you in jail by just one allegations just like asaram gone to jail without any proof of rape..
