hey Trev, here's a video idea. take a car that is high level when stock, like it has elite+ parts or higher, and then put the lowest level of parts that you can put on it. this will create a super car with a 0-60 of like 6 seconds

The reason your under level is cause you don’t engine swap or put ultimate+ parts on most of your cars
