Wicked problems are highly complex problems. They are unstructured, open-ended; they are multi-dimensional, systemic and may have no known solution. In many ways we can think of wicked problems as essentially dysfunctionalities within a complex system.

The illustrations are great, and the organization works for me. What does not work is the voice. It’s a pleasant voice, but it drones on and on. One phrase follows another at the same monotonous pace. There is no variety in pitch, volume, or length of sentence to direct attention to key points. With more attention to the spoken as well as the written and illustrated word, this fine video could become a great one.

Thanks for the feedback
Excellent presentation, including the calm voice and fundamental terminology. Provides helpful introduction (of potentially overwhelming topic), without resorting to emotional presentation or watered-down terms that might appeal to the fleeting observer. At Humaneering Technology Initiative, we use to ease students into an understanding of the need to approach today's post-industrial workforce issues differently.
It's a good video but could greatly expand its reach if it cut back on jargon, used more figurative language and examples. I realize it's for a course and not designed for the general public, but I suspect even for the course participants, better writing could make it more accessible. Nontheless, it has some good insights which I appreciate.
Very clear explanation for a complex problem.
"where we have advanced economies we have the wicked problem of extreme inequality" Not really though? Most industrialized countries have less inequality than low and middle income countries.
"Inequality" already sounds like a bad problem description. Poverty is a problem. Making much less than others doesn't matter if you're living decently. And the problem with poverty is more related to education and skillsets than anything else. In the market, you can't earn a lot, if you can't offer a lot.
